Brief History Of The Stamp
Understanding the history of postage stamps can significantly enhance your journey as an e-stamp collector. The inaugural postage stamp, known as the Penny Black, was created in Great Britain in 1840. This seemingly simple piece of paper revolutionized the way we mailed letters and gained immense popularity. Since that time, stamps have been issued across the globe, with fresh designs released annually. The classic Penny Black design will be adapted into an e-stamp format to serve as a trial for the FUN email feature, for which we will extend invitations to the CLUB counselors.
